At HTR, we believe there is no other place to grow your network than here. That's why we've come together to create a a safe space where you can meet others people with similar hobbies or concerns and you can learn from the best of the best. We know how important it is to surround yourself with people who go through the same struggle and who know what it takes to succeed. That is the reason we created this platform: so that you can connect with other people who went through what you are going through right now you share ideas and experience and to learn from other people’s mistakes or success.
We believe that we can offer anyone the space they need to grow, develop and find support and comfort, in safe environment. This vision certainly contributes to one of our main goals, which is to show women the strength we have and to use it because it is necessary for our society.
We believe in systematic change and we support this change through: marches, petition, the opening of discussions and debates regarding systematic problems in the events and campaign, integration in state institutions and many other actions
Mission
Her Time Mission, as a feminist association focused on activism created by young people for young women, is to create a community for women and girls in Romania, offering them networking opportunities and preparing the young generation of women to have a strong presence on the job market, which will be maintained despite outdated gender roles.
Vision
Contributing to the formation of a educated and informed society gap wage equality, the lack of opportunities for young women to advance their careers, the inequality between genders, the focus on women in the job market (equal pay, non-discriminating work environments and the chance to participate in discussions regarding proposing new laws)

At the beginning of 20223 we collaborated with UiPath for an efree "open doors" event dedicated to young professionals and students interested in the technology sector. technological sector.
