At the beginning of 20223 we collaborated with UiPath for an efree "open doors" event dedicated to young professionals and students interested in the technology sector. technological sector.
The event included a stories take-over Q&A, a live session on Instagram, and a visit to UiPath's headquarters in Bucharest, where participants engaged in networking both among themselves and with the UiPath team.

SuperWoman in the Workplace
The spring of 2021 brought a specific theme in the Webinars edition: SuperWoman in the Workplace. Dear Society and Her Time Romania came to the rescue with career tips and tricks for teenage girls and young women at the beginning of their professional career. The topics were intended to be very practical and applied: how to negotiate a salary, harassment at work, how to make sure a job is legal and real, and many other interesting topics about the job market.

In June, for one week, between 22 and 28, 2020, the first series of Webinars would take place, through a summer edition. Among the topics of interest were: representation of women in politics, entrepreneurship, volunteering, self-esteem. Notable guests were independent deputy Oana Bîzgan, Deea Codrea, @whenitsover.project, representatives of @UWC Romania and the Association of Students from Bucharest and Ilfov.

The beginning of the HerTime Romania journey
The HerTime Romania journey begins in the middle of spring.
April 2020: Andreea Coscai founded the HerTime Romania project, a project that came to cover a need of the young generation of women in Romania: a space to promote development opportunities through a network of young and adolescent women.
