Dear community,

Launched at the beginning of 2020 out of the desire to support future generations of women, Her Time Romania is today the first NGO in Romania that offers young women free leadership development opportunities. HTR currently has a portfolio of over 20 events organized for the personal and professional development of the country's youth, a community of over 20,000 followers, friends and supporters.

Consisting of a core team of 10 membrx, and a national network of ambassadorx that includes more than 100 alumni, HTR has conducted more than 10 awareness campaigns in the past year that have addressed various topics such as intersectional transfeminism, leadership, civil rights, equality gender, body positivity, LGBTQIA+ awareness and over 10 online trainings and networking sessions.
