to the formation of an educated and informed society about wage equality, the lack of opportunities for young women to advance in their careers, gender inequality; focusing on women in the labor market (egalitate salarială, condiții la locul de muncă non- discriminatorii, și șansa de a participa la discuții în vederea propunerii de noi legi)

The mission and vision of Her Time Romania
Her Time România este o asociație feministă dedicată susținerii tinerelor și persoanelor non-binare să devină liderx în comunitățile lor, la școală și în cariera. Prin voluntariat, mentorat și o comunitate de sprijin, oferim cunoștințe feministe și oportunități pentru dezvoltare personală, profesională și civică.
Suntem de părere că putem oferi spațiul necesar oricui pentru a crește, a se dezvolta și a găsi sprijin și confort, totul într-un mediu sigur. Această viziune contribuie în mod cert la unul din scopurile noastre principale, susținerea tinerelor și persoanelor non-binare să devină liderix în comunități, școală și carieră.
Credem într-o schimbare sistematică și sprijinim această schimbare prin: marșuri, petiții, oportunități de voluntariat, deschiderea de discuții probleme sistemice în cadrul evenimentelor și campaniilor, integrarea în instituțiile statului și multe alte demersuri.

Asociației Her Time vede o lume în care tinerele și persoanele non-binare pot deveni liderx în mediile lor (profesionale, personale și civice) prin voluntariat și mentorat, totul facilitat de o comunitate care promovează egalitatea, echitatea, incluziunea, dezvoltare, leadership-ul și implicarea civică.

At the beginning of 20223 we collaborated with UiPath for an efree "open doors" event dedicated to young professionals and students interested in the technology sector. technological sector.
