- 2022 awaits me with many challenges, to be honest. Next year includes high school and college for me, so I definitely plan to finish high school and go to college *hopefully in Rotterdam*. And on a personal level I hope to develop as much as possible, maybe even on a professional level, 2022 will mean an evolution for me and, because it couldn't be otherwise, to enjoy in the summer with all my friends the fact that we managed to finish another chapter in our lives. – Andreea Decean

3. Is there a piece of advice you want to pass on to the Her Time community?
- The advice I would pass on to everyone, which even I wish I had listened to earlier, is: if you want to do something (it doesn't matter what), create a new passion or have a certain life, just make it happen, the only person stopping you from achieving what you want is you. Once you believe in yourself and what you want a little, you really start to achieve something with your life. That, and if it seems difficult at first... don't be put off! After all, everyone started somewhere, and if it doesn't work, at least you know you tried and you won't be left with the regret or thought that you never did it. – Maria Zugravu
- Thank you to the Her Time community for welcoming me with open arms and I hope we are successful in everything we do. Don't forget: we are gorgeous and we will manage to do as many beautiful things as possible! – Mazilu Andreea
- I have the feeling that whatever I say would sound extremely generic and clichéd, but one piece of advice that I would also like to follow would be to learn to be more anchored in the present and not to overthink everything. – Maria Fatoi
- I'm so glad I had the opportunity to join this absolutely wonderful team, and my only advice to the Her Time community would be to continue to be as amazing, supportive, and warm as ever. ? - Daria Dana
- All I want to convey is limited to a series of thanks for the way I was received and to ... listen to "I am woman" in the morning before starting your work. We are women, we are fearless! – Stefania Gheorghe
- I think the best advice I can give is the quote that has been my mantra this year and it goes like this: "You can keep going long after you think you can't". - Natalia Turcanu
- In the coming year, let's be braver together. We often doubt ourselves and how capable we are of achieving what we want. How invincible would we feel if we recognized all the qualities we already have? Ourselves, without anyone else's validation. So be brave. And start working towards your dream with that first step. Trust me, you won't regret it! – Andreea Coscai
I was trying to think of what a 16-year-old Andreea would have wanted to hear as advice, and because I can't limit myself to giving you just one piece of advice, I'll leave you with two of my favorite quotes that, if I had I heard it about 2 years ago, I think it would have created a different perspective not only on the world in general, but also on myself. Peggy Carter had said in the series of the same name "I know my value, anyone else's opinion doesn't really matter." and to conclude “Learn to say f* you to the world every once in a while. You have every right to. Just stop thinking, worrying, looking over your shoulder, stop it and just do.” – Andreea Decean - Be you, always!! – Paola Bîra
- Take risks so you don't regret lost chances later. Be persistent, fight for what you want and don't get discouraged when certain things don't go exactly as you planned. – Alice the Stoic
- Rather than advice, I'd like to encourage the Her Time community to keep up the great work in all departments and continue to promote our values through their actions! – Alyssa Ungureanu
- Stop idolizing hustle culture – 'rise, glow and shine' over 'rise, grind and overwork' and you can still succeed. - Daria Manea
Girls, be confident! God has a well laid out plan for each of us, so let life surprise you! ? – Alice Elena
Set high goals and work towards that! Dare to dream big! - Diana Marina - The best advice I can give the Her Time community is to keep doing what we've been doing. Let's continue to inspire ourselves and those around us, let's be strong and smart and not forget how much we can achieve with self-confidence - Elisabeth Varvaroi
- I think something that has had a big impact on me this year is realizing that nothing is the worst thing that can happen to me. My advice is, therefore, to take everything as a more or less pleasant experience that will pass and not feed the negative emotions more than they deserve. I also leave you with two quotes from The Gifts of Imperfection by Brené Brown: "Self-worth - this absolute secret that gives us access to love and integration - exists within our story"; “cultivating self-love and self-acceptance is not optional. They are not something we can practice in our free time, but absolute priorities" - Irina Voiculescu
- The advice I want to pass on is to dare to be unique and to follow your dream, whatever it may be, but also to take advantage of every opportunity that comes your way, and if sometimes you feel overwhelmed , remember, all things happen for a purpose. – Andrada Sima
- Even if it sounds cliché already, I would encourage people in the Her Time community to believe in their dreams and do everything to make them come true because it really is possible with a lot of hard work and confidence. I think the key is to always have faith in your own strength and to have the courage not to let yourself be beaten when obstacles arise. – Sorana Bucșeneanu
- During high school I always felt lonely. I have never felt a feeling of having a community close to me, where I know I can develop. However, a few months ago when I joined this community, I realized it was what I was looking for. I have met so many wonderful people so far that I think I could always rely on. My advice to those in the community would be to stay as good as you are and never be afraid to reach your potential! – Viorica Ciolan
- My advice is to learn and realize that YOU ARE PERFECT. You are a part of the Universe, and the Universe is perfect. Everything that happens around and inside you is for your good :). – Csereș Karina Nicoleta
