Young people passionate about technology celebrated International Women in Science Day together with Her Time and UiPath Romania, in an "open doors" event that took place on February 13. The more than 30 participants, present at the headquarters of the UiPath company in Bucharest, had the opportunity to learn the secrets of the field directly from the tech experts and to discover the career opportunities within the organization. 

The evening started with a networking moment during which the participants created connections, not only with each other, but also with the UiPath team. Alina Capota, Technology Services Manager and Bianca Iftime, Software Engineer, told about their journey in the company and shared with the students more about the UiPath tools. And Miruna Mutu, Talent Acquisition Partner, answered the curiosities related to the recruitment process and encouraged the participants to develop their skills by joining the UiPath Academy.

The "open doors" event successfully marks the second project dedicated to young people passionate about technology and robotics, who want to develop skills or a career in the field, organized by Her Time in collaboration with UiPath Romania.
